Line an 8 x 8: square baking pan with parchment paper, with overhanging sides.In a large bowl, combine oats, Goldfish Crackers, almonds and pumpkin seeds.In a medium sized pot over low heat, combine marshmallows and butter.Stir often until completely melted.Pour melted marshmallow mixture over oat mixture. Stir well to combine.Pour into prepared pan and press down evenly into pan using a non-stick spatula.Top with additional Goldfish Crackers.Let cool completely before slicing into bars.

    Goldfish crackers cheddar, plus extra for topping
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)
    quick-cook oats
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

  • 1/2 cup
