Sauté the onions in butter and oil. Set aside. Sauté the steak on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side.Set aside the steak in the oven at very low temperature. Add the mushrooms, the onions, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Bring to a boil for about 10 minutes. Add the parsley and serve.
