Mix teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, honey and lemon together. Set aside 1/4 cup (60 mL) and refrigerate. Add pork strips to remainder, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and no more than 12. Thread pork strips and pieces of green onion onto 8 skewers. Broil at medium or cook 8-10 minutes in a grilling pan. Halfway through cooking, turn and baste with reserved marinade.

Preparation
