Heat oils in a wok over medium heat. Sauté onions for a few seconds. Add ginger, turmeric and chili. Add cubed turkey, and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes. Add garlic, lemon grass, water and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Add peas and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coriander.
