In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Chill 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Place tilapia fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake on top rack for 10-12 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top fish with creamy lemon sauce.
