Cook pasta in boiling salted water or as indicated on the packaging.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook (brown) the shallots and prosciutto over medium heat, stirring regularly.
Deglaze with white wine and reduce over low heat for 1 minute.
Add the O' Sole Mio Alfredo sauce and O' Sole Mio Napoletana sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Add pasta and mix well.
In bowls, serve pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
