In a large saucepan, heat oil and cook onion, leeks, garlic, celery, carrots and broccoli, stirring, for 3-5 min. Add seasonings and continue cooking 1 min. Add tomatoes, vegetable broth and tortellini and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to low, cover partially and simmer 15-20 min or until tortellini are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
