Preparation

Tortellini:

Follow package directions for Fresh O Sole Mio.

Mince the garlic.

Slice prosciutto and onionc

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

Sauté the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, onions and prosciutto for 2 minutes in olive oil in a saucepan over low heat.

Add the white wine and bring to a boil while stirring rigorously.

Finish with pasta, butter, and cook 2 more minutes.

Serve in two deep plates and sprinkle with parmesan and arugula.
