Preheat barbecue to medium.
In food processor, mix cream cheese, dried tomatoes, lemon juice, season.
Spread mix on pizza crust.
Garnish with tuna, red onion, artichokes and apples.
Cover with grated cheese.
Reduce heat to low.
Place pizza on barbecue grill, close cover to prevent heat loss, allow cheese to melt, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with a tomato and cucumber salad.
