In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the relish and refrigerate. Divide the swiss cheese slices among the bottom halves of the rolls, cover with relish and top with the turkey. Close the sandwiches, wrap each one tightly, pressing as you wrap, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Kid tip Cooked turkey freezes very well.
