In a large bowl, mix turkey, rice and onion; shape into meatballs about 3/4 in. (2 cm) in diameter. Set aside. In the food processor, purée tomatoes; pour purée into a pan. Add basil and meatballs; bring to a boil and cover. Lower heat and simmer over medium-low about 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with milk; add to meatballs; cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
