Sift flour, aniseed, salt and baking powder together.
Cream butter, gradually beating in eggs, milk and dry ingredients until batter is smooth.
Mix in lemon zest.
Pour batter into greased tube pan and insert coin.
Bake in preheated 350°F / 180°C oven for 40 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
