Peel and finely grate celeriac. Rinse and dice apples in cubes. Mix celeriac, apples, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add nuts. Add Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
