In a bowl, mix oil, orange juice, chives and shallots. Marinate cubed pike filets about 20 minutes. Thread cubes of pike on brochettes and barbecue about 4 minutes on each side. Grill lemon slices on the barbecue. Set aside. In a small pan, add cornstarch and heat marinade until it thickens. Put brochettes on a platter and cover with marinade. Garnish with grilled lemon slices.
