Sriracha blue cheese dip
- Make this dip quickly while the puff pastry appetizers are baking in the oven.
- Combine the yogurt and sour cream together in a medium bowl, season with black pepper.
- Add the Sriracha mayonnaise, and blue cheese, mix well.
- Transfer the dip to a small serving dish and serve with the warm puff pastry appetizers.
- Serve this dip with the Buffalo chicken.

Roasted Garlic, Lemon and Ceasar dip
- Make this dip quickly while the puff pastry appetizers are baking in the oven.
- Combine the yogurt and sour cream together in a medium bowl, season with black pepper.
- Add the Roasted garlic/caesar mayonnaise with the lemon zest and finely chopped chives, stir together.
- Transfer the dip to a small serving dish and serve with the warm puff pastry appetizers.

- Crush ginger and vanilla bean together with a muddler in a thick-bottomed glass.
- Add ice and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well with a long spoon.
- Garnish the glass with a sprig of thyme and serve.

- Open oysters, cut muscle but leave oysters in the shell. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the following 6 ingredients. Spread the mixture over the oysters. Garnish with hot pepper and coriander. Serve immediately.

Grapefruit and Avocado Salad
- Cut grapefruit into supremes, then into pieces over a bowl to catch the juice. Reserve juice.
- Brush 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice over flesh of avocados; set aside.
- Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice, salt, and tarragon to the reserved grapefruit juice; season with pepper. Whisk in olive oil in a slow, steady stream.
- Add grapefruit pieces and toss gently.
- Place each avocado half on a plate.
- Top with grapefruit mixture, dividing evenly. Serve immediately.
