Streusel garnish:
Gently combine streusel ingredients to obtain a coarse lumpy mixture.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat lightly.
Fold in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk; the batter will be quite firm.
Spread into a greased cake pan.
Place the fruits on top of the batter. Scatter the streusel garnish on top.
Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
