For the marinade:Using a food processor, mix all of the marinade ingredients together. If the texture of the marinade is too thick, add a little olive oil.In an airtight bag, place the steaks and pour the marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.If you plan to make a potato foil, I suggest keeping a portion of the marinade to marinate the potatoes.Preheat the BBQ over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks on the BBQ for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.Suggestion: Serve a small cherry tomato salsa over the steak.

Preparation
