In a bowl, mix the oil, herbs and garlic. Baste the tournedos with the fine herb mixture. In a pan, sear the tournedos on both sides in butter and oil. Set aside. Deglaze the pan with the consommé and simmer for a few minutes. Coat the bottom of the plate with the sauce and serve the tournedos.

Preparation
