Using a cookie cutter about 7cm (3in) in diameter, cut out donuts. If necessary, roll out the dough again. Reserve.In a saucepan heated over medium heat, preheat the oil to 180 ° C (350 ° F).Fry 4 donuts at a time, about 2 minutes per side, then place them on paper towels.
