In a bowl, mix tuna, salsa, corn, onion and coriander together. Season to taste.
Spread mixture over 3 tortillas.
In a skillet, heat a little oil and brown first tortilla 2-3 min. Cover with one third of the cheese and top with another tortilla. Flip. Cook for another 2-3 min. Repeat the procedure to make 2 more quesadillas.
Cut each quesadilla into 8 pieces.
These light wines are characterised by their simple fruity aromas, the sensation of freshness they leave, and their unassuming structure. They must be consumed young.
