In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator. Remove meat and pat dry. Set aside marinade. Barbecue Preheat barbecue to medium. Put steaks on the oiled grill and cook 5 minutes per side. Brush with marinade after turning them over. Shut burners off and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stove-top Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cook steaks 5 minutes per side in a skillet over medium heat. Transfer to the oven and cook 5 minutes for medium-done steaks that are juicy and tender.
