Preheat barbecue to medium.In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce ingredients together. Reserve a third of the sauce to serve with the chicken.With a knife, split chicken in two along the breastbone. Skin chicken completely.Brush both halves all over with barbecue sauce.Grill chicken 15-18 min. per side or until cooked through.Baste generously with sauce during cooking.Serve chicken with reserved barbecue sauce.
