Mix the water and orange juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Partly cook the ribs by simmering them in this mixture for approximately 45 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Brush the ribs with the sauce and grill for approximately 15 minutes per side. Brush the ribs with the sauce twice during cooking.
