Mix all the marinade ingredients in a food processor. Marinate the beef cubes in a bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Assemble the beef cubes on skewers, alternating them with the vegetables. Cook under the grill 8 to 10 minutes, to the desired degree of cooking. Turn the brochettes often.
