In a casserole, mix the first 4 ingredients together. Reserve 3 Tbsp. (45 mL). Add beef and refrigerate for 2 hours. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry marinated beef strips in hot oil. Add snow peas, pepper strips, celery and reserved marinade. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add peanuts and cook 1 minute more. Serve on rice vermicelli or Chinese noodles. Garnish with fresh chives.

Preparation
