Trim fat from beef and slice thin.Wash and slice radishes, but not too thin so that they remain crunchy.Mince coriander and set aside.Blend 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) soy sauce with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Chinese five spice and 1 tsp. (5 mL) horseradish or wasabi.In a skillet or wok, heat oil and sauté sliced beef.Add radishes and green peas, then sauce.Simmer for 30 seconds or so. Preparation

Trim fat from beef and slice thin.
