Heat large, non-stick skillet, lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook beef 10 minutes or until browned. Set beef aside.Stir in mixture of broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.Simmer covered, until beef and vegetables are cooked through - about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

Preparation
