In a wok or deep skillet, heat butter and sesame oil on medium-high.Stir-fry beef, a little at a time, adding oil as required. Remove and set aside.In the same skillet, cook onion. Add carrot, sweet pepper and snow peas, and cook until tender-crisp.Stir in garlic and ginger.Cook for 1 - 2 minutes.Deglaze wok with lime juice, and stir in tamari sauce.Add reserved beef strips and heat through.Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
