In a wok or deep skillet, heat butter and sesame oil on medium-high. Stir-fry beef, a little at a time, adding oil as required. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook onion. Add carrot, sweet pepper and snow peas, and cook until tender-crisp. Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Deglaze wok with lime juice, and stir in tamari sauce. Add reserved beef strips and heat through. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
