Preheat the BBQ.Remove the gills from the mushroom by scraping them off with a spoon.Add oil on the mushrooms and season.Cook on the BBQ for 2 minutes. Set aside.In a bowl, combine all the tartare ingredients.Add guacamole to two of the mushrooms.Use a round cookie cutter to add the tartare to the mushrooms. Press down and remove the cookie cutter.Top with alfalfa the other mushrooms.Add the sesame seeds.
