Cut off the top part of the Brie (the first layer) to create a bowl.
Hollow out the inside and dice the cheese.
Mix a bit of pesto, shallots and garlic with the Brie cubes and place back into the Brie bowl.
Add a dash of shallots on top.
Place on an aluminum sheet.
Pre-heat the BBQ to medium-high intensity.
Cook the Brie in the aluminum sheet on the BBQ for 10 minutes until the cheese is well melted.
Serve with slices of baguette bread and enjoy.
