Simmer coriander, pepper, garlic, bay leaf, thyme and oregano in wine for 2 minutes. Cool and set aside.Thread cheeses, alternating them, onto wooden skewers. Put the skewers in a glass dish.Pour spiced wine, oil and cider vinegar over the brochettes.Marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.Preheat oven to broil.Remove brochettes from marinade and broil quickly, removing before cheese melts.Serve immediately.
