For the tofu :
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Pull the tofu in pieces. Transfer the tofu in a big bowl. Add the soya sauce and apple cider vinegar and mix.
Add in the spices and stir to cover all the pieces of tofu.
Add the corn starch and mix to cover all the pieces of tofu.
Add the oil and repeat.
Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook for 30 minutes or until the tofu looks golden and crispy.
For the coleslaw :
Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and the green onions in a big bowl.
Add the cabbage and mix well. Reserve.
Building your tacos :
In a bowl, beat the cream until it forms soft peaks.
Add the crumbled feta and beat again to get even mixture. Add some pepper if wanted.
Grill each tortilla
Assemble the tacos, starting with the coleslaw. Add the tofu pieces, avocado slices and tomatoes. Finish with the creamy feta and cilantro.
Eat right away!
