    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp.

    dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp.

    Maple syrup

  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups
    (1 L)
    fresh spinach chopped

    mandarins peeled, divided into segments
  • 1/2 cup

    pineapple chunks

    vegetable oil

    cooked shrimp size 61-70
