Preheat oven to 400°F and bring a pot of salted water to a boil.Mince garlic.In a large bowl, mix beef, egg, 1/3 of the oil, panko, 1/2 of the garlic, salt, pepper and Italian spice mix.Form small meatballs and place in a baking dish.Bake for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring from time to time. Preparation

Stir in pasta.

Add meatballs and mozzarella to the pasta.
