Preheat oven to 400°F and bring a pot of salted water to a boil.Mince garlic.In a large bowl, mix beef, egg, 1/3 of the oil, panko, 1/2 of the garlic, salt, pepper and Italian spice mix.Form small meatballs and place in a baking dish.Bake for 20 minutes.Meanwhile, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring from time to time. Drain.Prepare the salad.Thinly slice celery on the diagonal.Cut the radishes in half and thinly slice.Zest and juice 1/2 of the lemon.In a salad bowl, toss the celery, radishes, lemon zest and juice, 1/3 of the oil, salt and pepper.In a saucepan, heat the crushed tomatoes, remaining oil, and remaining garlic.Stir in pasta.Add meatballs and mozzarella to the pasta.Serve pasta in bowls and accompany with celery salad.Source: Missfresh.com
