Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush the channa filets with the oil, and set aside. Place the citrus slices on a sheet of aluminum foil and cover with the fish. Add the remaining ingredients. Wrap the filets in the aluminum foil and bake until the flesh becomes opaque, approximately 10 minutes.
