    (30 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    orange juice
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    olive oil
  • 4 x 4 oz
    (4 x 120 g)
    fresh haddock fillets
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

Preparation
