In a glass dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add haddock fillets, cover and refrigerate for 20 min.
Remove and drain fillets.
In a pan, bring some water to a boil. Add lemon juice and salt.
Arrange fillets, without any overlap, in a steamer over simmering liquid. Liquid must not reach steamer.
Cover and cook 10-12 min. per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness.
Arrange fillets without overlapping in a steaming basket and place over simmering liquid, which must not touch the bottom of the basket.
Cover and cook 10-12 min. for each inch (2.5 cm) of thickness.
