In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and chicken broth mix. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add pasta, wieners, peas and ketchup and stir over low heat until heated through; do not boil.
