Oil the ramekins well to keep mixture from sticking.
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except eggs.
Divide mixture into 8 ramekins.
Make a well in the centre of each ramekin and add some of the egg mixture.
Bake at 350°F / 180°C 10 to 15 minutes.
These dry, more delicate wines stand out with their pale colour, simple fruit aromas, and the sensation of freshness their acidity brings forth.
