Mix the olive oil, citrus juice and parsley in a glass bowl. Add the chicken, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain the chicken. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Brush a sheet of parchment paper with oil and place chicken on top. Add the tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, chicken broth concentrate and rosemary. Seal the papillotes, place on a sheet of aluminum foil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Preparation
