In a frying pan, brown cutlets in oil and butter 1 to 2 minutes. Add onions and oregano. Season and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add fruit juices. Bring to a boil and cook covered 5 minutes. Remove chicken from the sauce and keep warm. Reduce cooking juices to sauce consistency.
