Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C). In a large frying pan, heat the oil over high heat and sear the meat on all sides. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Add the onion and mushrooms. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Deglaze the pan with the wine and let simmer for 1 minute. Add the broth and place the meat back in the pan. Cook in the oven for 2 hours.
