Heat the butter in a frying pan. In it, grill the fillet for about 3 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Remove the fillets from the pan and keep them warm. Place all other ingredients in the frying pan. Cook the sauce for 2 to 5 minutes, while stirring. Add the chopped oranges at the end of cooking. Cover the trout fillets with the sauce.

Preparation
