Heat the butter in a frying pan. In it, grill the fillet for about 3 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper.Remove the fillets from the pan and keep them warm.Place all other ingredients in the frying pan.Cook the sauce for 2 to 5 minutes, while stirring.
