Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add onions, crabmeat and bok choy. Salt and pepper; stir well.In an ovenproof pan, heat oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add egg mixture and stir with spatula until egg starts to scramble but is still moist.Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until egg is firmly set and cheese is melted.Remove from oven, drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately.
