Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Oil a Pyrex baking dish. Cover the bottom with pears. Stir in apple juice. Combine dry ingredients and mix in canola oil. Sprinkle mixture over pears. Bake until topping is golden. Cool. Sprinkle cranberries over the topping. Enjoy.

    apple juice

    cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup
