In a food processor, purée onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder and coconut milk.In a skillet, melt butter and brown meat over high heat 1 minute per side. Salt and pepper meat and cook 5 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness for medium doneness. Remove and keep warm.In the same skillet, cook purée over medium heat for 5 minutes.Add rambutans and green beans.Cook for 5 minutes.Spoon curry sauce over meat and serve.
