Trim the base from the endives and shred.Shred radicchio.Put Gorgonzola and cream in the blender.Slowly add olive oil and honey.Season. Pour dressing in a bowl.Stir in chopped coriander.In a bowl, place endive leaves and shredded radicchio.Drizzle with Gorgonzola dressing.Top with walnuts.
