Cook and drain pasta. Set aside.
On low, heat pesto Tradizionale and cream and reduce for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in pasta.
Serve pasta in soup/pasta plates.
Garnish with tomatoes, smoked salmon, green onion and almonds.
