Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C) with the rack in the center.Melt the chocolate as instructed on the Chocolats Favoris fondue can.Divide 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of melted butter equally into the 4 ramekins and spread well with a brush.Then, divide 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of flour into the ramekins, making sure to cover the entire surface (the bottom and sides). Set aside.In the mixer, combine 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and the powdered sugar.Beat on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is foamy and white.Continue to beat while adding ½ cup (125 mL) of melted butter and ½ cup (125 mL) of melted chocolate.Once the mixture is combined, slowly add 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) of flour, then turn the mixer off.Divide half of the mixture into the ramekins.Put 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of melted chocolate on top of the mixture in each of the ramekins, then put the second half of the mixture in the ramekins.Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, then let sit for 2 minutes.Take the chocolate fondante out of the ramekins and put onto a plate, or leave inside the ramekins for eating.Garnish with powdered sugar and melted chocolate, if desired.
