Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).In a pot, combine water, Knorr Instant Chicken Stock Mix and garlic.Bring to a boil.Meanwhile, peel potatoes and slice no thicker than 1/4 inch (0.5 cm).In a deep 9-in. (23-cm) pie plate, layer potatoes overlapping slightly and sprinkling each layer with flour.Place pie plate on a baking sheet. Slowly pour chicken broth mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle cheeses over top.Cover loosely with foil.Bake in centre of oven 1 hour.Remove foil and continue to bake until potatoes are very tender, about 30 minutes.Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
