Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).Cook ham in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until slightly browned.Remove from heat.In a large bowl, mix cooked ham with remaining ingredients.Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and spoon corn mixture in, pressing firmly. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.Put frying pan in preheated oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until the top is set and the edges are browned.Run a knife around the frying pan to loosen the cake. Turn the cake out into a serving platter, cut into wedges and serve.
